- 50 x 20 x 1 毫米（= 1 立方厘米）的计数室刻有 1 毫米的网格，将 1 毫升细分为 1000 微升。
- 附带一块约 60 x 30 x 1 毫米的盖玻片
- 对于许多应用，特别是 APHA 方法和分析大型浮游生物物种时，不需要网格。
- 适用于常规显微镜和倒置显微镜。 – 可与测微目镜结合使用。
注意事项
- 如果生物量过大，可以先稀释样品，然后加入固定剂（甲醛或卢戈氏碘液），再进行取样和计数。
- 盖玻片下有气泡，请购买小盖玻片放在计数区域，或跳过气泡不计数。
- 请勿用粗布或其他硬物（如刷子）用力擦拭，以免损坏计数框的计数区域；
- 请勿用带绒毛的软布擦拭。由于其高透明度，很容易看到上面的粘毛。请用镜布等软布擦干。
- 使用计数盒后，请用清水冲洗，用清洁布擦干表面，然后放入保管箱妥善保存。
- 请勿直接浸泡在有机溶剂或酒精中。
