浮游生物计数室是量化 1 毫升水或其他透明液体中颗粒和微生物的理想工具。浮游生物计数室专为容纳大量浮游动物而设计,有机玻璃块上有精确加工的凹槽,底部经过抛光处理,确保了极高的透明度。这些样品室体积小巧,可轻松与立体显微镜配合使用。

产品特点
- 50 x 20 x 1 mm(= 1 cm3)的计数室带有 1 mm 的刻度网,可将 1 ml 分为 1000 μl。
- 配有约 60 x 30 x 1 毫米的盖玻片
- 在许多应用中,尤其是在 APHA 方法和分析大型浮游生物物种时,不需要格子。
- 适用于传统显微镜和倒置显微镜。- 可与目镜测微器结合使用。
注意事项
- 如果生物量太大,可以先稀释样品,然后加入固定液(甲醛或卢戈尔碘溶液),再进行取样和计数。
- 盖玻片下有气泡,请买一个小盖玻片放在计数区,或者跳过气泡不计数。
- 不要用粗布或刷子等硬物用力擦拭,以免损坏计数框的计数区;
- 不要用带绒毛的软布擦拭。由于透明度高,很容易看到上面粘有毛发。请用镜布等软布擦干。
- 使用完计数盒后,请用清水冲洗干净,再用清洁布擦干表面,然后放入收纳盒中妥善保管。
- 请勿直接将其浸泡在有机溶剂或酒精中。
