介绍
锂离子聚合物电池用于移动电话、蓝牙设备和笔记本电脑等日常设备。电池片是这些电池的重要组成部分。它们是电池正负极之间的连接器,可以进行充电和放电。这些接触点位于电池内部,而不是外部可见的铜片。接片由不同的材料制成:正极是铝,负极是镍,负极也有镀镍铜。它们由薄膜和金属带组合而成。薄膜起到绝缘层的作用,防止包装过程中的短路和泄漏。
目前市场上有三种薄膜:黑胶、白胶和单层胶。常用的乙烯基薄膜有三层结构,每层的熔点不同:黑色素(66°C)、聚乙烯(105°C)和聚丙烯(137°C)。
