应用
液压实验室压机广泛应用于材料研究实验室、制药、催化反应、陶瓷、电子行业,是一种高效的样品制备设备,占地面积小,易于携带和移动,可在真空手套箱内进行真空环境下的处理。液压压机还可通过加热板实现热压功能,可用于特定材料的处理。
分体式手动实验室热压机具有更大的压力范围,可满足更多的样品制备和压制需求。最高可加热至 300°C。

细节与部件
- 当加热板温度通过风冷降至 300℃ 以下时,我们可以通过水循环快速冷却加热板至室温
- 当加热板温度高于 300℃ 时,需要将水通至隔热板,以保护整机温度不升高
操作界面

- 标准界面:在此界面可分别设置上下加热板的加热温度和恒温时间。
- 零点按钮:校准压力并将其归零。
- 上加热板按钮:加热上加热板。
- 下加热板按钮:加热下加热板。
- 定时器开关:可打开和关闭定时器功能。

- 启动按钮:可根据多级加热程序进行加热。
- 停止按钮:在加热过程中,可停止加热过程。
- 设置按钮:点击设置按钮进入设置菜单。

- 列表/图表:可在列表和图表显示之间切换。

- 模具采用日本高速钢,材质好,硬度高,不变形,使用寿命长
- 数显压力表,压力控制更精确,压力显示精度 0.01MPa
- 油池在主机外部,方便更换机油,油路增加了液压油过滤装置
- 专用柱塞,采用特殊定制密封结构,密封效果极佳
- 加压装置,位于主机最下角,角度合理,加压时不会向后倾斜
