- 当加热板风冷温度低于 300℃时,可通过水冷循环将加热板快速冷却至室温。
- 当加热板温度高于 300℃时,需要向隔热板通水,以防止整机温度升高。
操作界面
- 标准界面:在此界面中可分别设置上下板加热温度和恒温时间。
- 归零按钮:校准压力并将压力归零。
- 上加热板按钮:加热上加热板。
- 下加热板按钮:加热下加热板。
- 定时开关:您可以打开或关闭定时器功能。
- 启动按钮:您可以根据多级加热程序进行加热。
- 停止按钮:在加热过程中,您可以停止加热过程。
- 设置按钮:单击设置按钮进入设置菜单。
- 列表/图形:可在列表和图表显示之间切换。

- 数显压力表,压力控制更精确,压力显示精度达 0.01MPa
- 主机外有油池,方便更换油液,且油路中增加了液压油过滤装置
- 特殊柱塞,采用特殊定制的密封结构,密封效果极佳
- 加压装置,置于主机最下角,角度合理,加压力不会后倾
