应用
真空悬浮熔炼炉是一种采用感应真空悬浮熔炼和水冷坩埚方法的新型熔炼炉。它是在真空条件下,将熔化的金属或非金属固体置于感应线圈形成的工频或中频交变电场中,并以水冷金属坩埚作为磁场的“能量收集器”,使能量磁场能量集中在坩埚的体积空间内,从而在目标熔体材料的表面附近形成强大的涡流。
一方面,将焦耳热释放到目标熔体材料中;另一方面,形成洛伦兹力场来悬浮(或半悬浮)和搅拌目标熔体材料。由于磁悬浮的作用,目标熔体材料与坩埚内壁分离,因此目标熔体材料与坩埚壁之间的散热行为从传导散热变为辐射散热,导致散热率降低。目标熔体材料可以达到很高的温度(1700℃ - 2000℃),适用于熔炼高熔点金属或其合金。

真空磁悬浮熔炼,材料与坩埚之间无接触熔炼,清洁环保。熔炼温度高,可达2500℃以上,特别用于高熔点难熔金属和活泼金属的熔炼和提纯。采用专用的磁悬浮IGBT电源,配合自主研发的水冷分体式铜坩埚,悬浮效果好。两级分子泵控制系统真空度高,可达5.0*10-5Pa。
